Janet Zainey, our estate and estate planning paralegal, recently joined our firm and is dedicated to assisting our clients with complex estate issues. Her previous legal experience includes, estate planning, bankruptcy, civil defense litigation and civil rights. She received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from International Business College in 1999. She received her B.S. in 2009 from Indiana Wesleyan University and attended the same University from 2009-2011 in the MBA program. Dina C. Sullivan has worked as Ward & Ward Personal Injury Lawyers office manager and legal assistant for 16 years and is a valuable team member. She works on the front line greeting and assisting our clients and is often the first contact they have with the firm. In her job as a legal assistant, she successfully crosses over between the firm’s estate and personal injury legal departments. Previously, Dina was employed with the accounting operations of various companies performing payroll and bookkeeping duties. She attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, (IUPUI) from 1980–1984. Dina has been married for 40 years and has four children and 8 grandchildren with another on the way.

Cherrie LiFonti has been in the employment of Ward & Ward Personal Injury Lawyers for 20 years. Before joining Ward & Ward Personal Injury Lawyers she worked as a graphic/web designer and contract trainer of computer technologies. Her previous legal experience includes Arizona law specializing in civil litigation, criminal law, and domestic relations. She received her Lawyers Assistant Certification from Arizona State University in 1977 and Law of Domestic Relations Certification in 1977. She works as a legal assistant in the Personal Injury department at Ward & Ward Personal Injury Lawyers and is the webmaster of the firm’s website.
